Brainery Integrated School Automation System is designed for educational institutes. Brainery brought following modules of school administration under one software system: Admission Module; Fee Overdue Tracking System; Fee Collection Module; Transcript Module; Report Card / Grade Card generation module; Accounting Module. Parent Portal Admission Module facilitates creation and maintaining Students’ and Parents’ data. System also facilites to create different students categories like regular-Staff child-SC/ST-OBC etc. Fee Overdue Tracking Module allows you to keep track of students have have not paid the fee as the due date is approaching. System represents fee unpaid even after due date is passed by ‘Red’ indicator-in order to keep track easily. Fee Collection Module – System facilitates two types fo fee collection. – i.) Scheduled Fee Collection and ii.) Ad-hoc Fee collection. Scheduled Fee collection allows to collect pre-defined fee like First term fee-second term fee etc. Ad-hoc Fee collection module allows to collect the fee that are not pre-defined like Uniform fee-Education fee-some excess charges and any other as and when needed. Transcript Module is used to create marks entry for students. Report Card Module can be used to generate report card for the students. If your Institute provides grades like A+-A-B-C etc-then this module can produce Grade Card based on your Institutes rules. Parent Portal module can bring your entire Bulletin Board online. You can upload all your announcements to parent portal system. Only the parents who are authorized by school can login to the system from their home or work place and view the announcement. The system also facilitates for making announcements/orders to internal staff only. This is secured module so that only staff can view the internal office memo-not the parents. Accounting Module can be used to generate Income and Expenses report of your Institute for any duration as per your need.
