Your Care Companion allows carers to assess residents or service users and provides a way to monitor their well-being on a regular basis, allowing results and reports to be viewed via the Your Care Companion website portal. The app requires the user to have an account and login details which are provided by the care home or organisation.Features include:- Divide residents into easily manageable Care Groups- Sort residents in order of name or when they were last assessed- Search residents by their name or reference if the data is anonymise- Complete assessments regularly to monitor each resident’s well-being- View knowledge base pages which give information, guidance and tips to carers- If needed, new residents or service users can be added via a screen on the app- Secure and encrypted sensitive data- Anonymity by default. Names are revealed by entering a password
