Auto Report Scheduler – Automatically generate reports to be sent out on your selected schedule. Track unlimited insurance certificates and document/contracts per vendor. Assign users to manage certificates via management groups plus assign custom letters and signatures to those groups. Import Vendor and Insurance data using Excel files. Update Vendor Data from your external software using the Import feature. Imports/Updates can be by your own vendor code from own software or using the vendor name. Documents/Contracts can be tied to an Insurance certificate. User defined fields to organize/identify vendors for filtering/sorting screens and reports. Unlimited attachments at Vendor, Insurance Certificate and Document/Contract levels. Free-form vendor, document and certificate notes. User access controlled by Group Security rights. Give “View-Only” access rights to vendors/suppliers or clients. Ability to restrict user access by company level. Export to multiple formats. Automatically queued non-compliance letters to you vendors (Named Insured), send via email or regular mail when you need to.
