The FaxTalk Fax Merge for Microsoft Word 2010 and 2007 is an add-on for FaxTalk FaxCenter Pro, FaxTalk Multiline Server or FaxTalk Messenger Pro. It allows you to easily send personalized faxes created within Microsoft Word. You can now send faxes with ease directly from the Microsoft Word ribbon. Personalized your faxes by including specific information in each fax that is specific to that customer, no more generic faxes. Select your prepared mail merge document with a data source, click on Send a Fax merge, select your recipients & optional cover sheet and click Merge. Send a few faxes or thousands of faxes. Links directly to your Microsoft Outlook contacts, Excel Spreadsheets, CSV or ASCII files, SQL databases and more. Requirements: Microsoft Word 2010 (32 bit version) or Microsoft Word 2007 and any one of the following fax software: FaxTalk FaxCenter Pro, FaxTalk Messenger Pro, or FaxTalk Multiline Server.
