Software description
EPO LSIG is an open source solution to detect corrupted text files and eases version identification. EPO LSIG comes as a command line tool which allows it to be used in many different environments. In order to detect corrupted text files-hash sums are written into text files. Later these hash sums may be verified at any time. Currently hash sums MD2-MD5-SHA-1-SHA-384-and SHA-512 are supported. Furthermore a date and time stamp and-optionally-user identification is written into the text file.
